The roles others couldn’t fill.
Software, Data, Product and Engineering Leadership, hired across the UK, Europe and North America. Most of the briefs were ones that direct adverts, months of internal effort or rival agencies had already failed to close.
Seven engineers, two years. The seventh needed no new search.
Two weeks of direct hiring produced nothing usable. Seven engineers later, the latest hired straight from a previous shortlist, the relationship is still exclusive.

Six searches, four repeat clients, and a set of briefs with one thing in common before AG Talent got involved: somebody else had already tried and failed.
- Every search on this page had already failed by another route. Direct adverts, months of internal effort, or in two cases three other agencies.
- The strongest results come from exclusivity. The two year partnership, the five hires at Henry Schein One and the two concurrent German searches were all exclusive.
- Niche stacks are the pattern, not the exception. Elixir and Ember engineers are rarely on LinkedIn or job boards, so they are found through community, GitHub and referral instead.
- Where a client had no internal expert to assess candidates, AG Talent built the assessment process rather than leaving them to guess.
- Twice, AG Talent was involved before a job spec existed, scoping the role and grounding the salary in current market data.
- Candidates turn down competing offers. Four placed engineers across these searches had live alternatives and chose the client anyway.
- One brief has produced two hires, because the shortlist was strong enough that the client took both.
